Darren Carter ("The Party Starter") headlines a comedy show at San Leandro's Bal Theatre. Carter's act blends stand-up and impersonations -- including his famous take on Snoop Dogg, which he's performed multiple times at the rapper's annual family reunion -- into a raucous night of live comedy. Carter takes the stage at the Ontario Improv after making appearances on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Comedy Central's Premium Blend, BET's Comic View, and as a regular guest on Comics Unleashed and Chelsea Lately. He's also got a comedy album titled The Shady Side. The show, hosted by Hannibal Thompson, also features Bay Area comics Insane Wayne, King Ralph, Dane Madden and more.
